Cimetidine

Cimetidine is used to treat ulcers of the intestines and stomach and also used to prevent ulcers from coming back after they are healed. Cimetidine is also used to treat certain stomach and esophagus problems caused by too much stomach acid or backward flow of stomach acid into the esophagus. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant before using this medication. This medication should only be used when clearly needed.
